Construction Watch: Oh, boy! 41-43 Bond construction set to begin?

When we last dropped in on Adam Gordon's 41-43 Bond Street eight-condo project, the Steven Harris design had just been approved by the Landmarks Commission, possibly a big deal: it was the first design to run the approval gauntlet since the 'hood became the NoHo Historic District. Anyhoo, on June 23rd, the city approved a building permit for the site, which means construction-type noises should start heckling the neighbors (again) in no time, for a long time.
